refers to the cleaning of various components of heating and
cooling systems, including the following:

If any
of these things are not properly installed or maintained,
then they can become contaminated with dust or pollen. If
moisture is present, there is a risk of microbiological growth
(mold), and spores from such growth may be released into the
home's living space. Some of these contaminants may cause
allergic reactions or other symptoms in people if they are
